Tuesday 2014–06–24 13:00

Easy 6.2 around Meadowlark and up Brookside. Felt better as run progressed which is good.

Wednesday 2014–06–25 20:15

Good interval session, all on track: 20 min warmup; 400, 800, 1200, 1600 with 400 walk/jog rest; 20 min cool down. Tried 7 as 5K pace but slipped to 7:20 on last two intervals. Still happy with this workout.

Short 2 miles in Shouse. Would like to recover faster from the intervals this week so going to try running through it.

Easy Brookside up, walked some of the hills to keep the HR down. Hamstrings, calves sore.

Good 19 miles with VHTRC friends at Prince William. Two Redeye loops.
