To yoga we go

Went to Inner Power Yoga before work and signed up for three months, which includes an hour of private instruction, which I need because I'm having trouble doing many of the movements. I'm hoping easing back into yoga will help with recovery; I did feel a good bit better in the legs and hips afterwards.

Walked 20 minutes at lunch. Legs are markedly less swollen today, which is about the same amount of time it happened after MMT. Recovery going well.
